Shipping and Returns
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard Delivery of Domestic orders of $50.00 and above ship FREE.
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your initial purchase (orders placed before 8 pm EST will be considered the same day) ; unless otherwise indicated. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. If you are picking up your order you will be contacted with a pickup location and time, DO NOT go to the post office.
Once your package has been transferred to shipper we are not responsible for shipping delays or missing packages. While we will do what we can to assist in locating items we will not issue refunds, you must file a claim with the shipping agent.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction ; in the rare incident that you were to receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 business days. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.
REMINDER: The appearance and consistency of your products can be altered by climate. In warmer months expedited shipping is suggested. Upon receipt please store products in a cool, dry space, away from exposure to direct sunlight. If the product melts it will return to a solid state once it has cooled and not exposed to heat or sunlight, the consistency will change but the effects would be the same.
During these unprecedented times we ask that you are patient with us. Many of our suppliers are being affected by Covid-1 and are out of stock on some supplies. If this affects your order you will be notified ASAP and you will have a choice of being refunded or waiting for the back order. As always, we appreciate your support. We're in this together.
